What Makes This Practice Different: Concierge-Style Endocrine Care in Cincinnati
Concierge-style endocrine care builds your care around the time and access your health needs, not around the limits of an insurance-based schedule. At Precision Diabetes & Endocrinology, that means longer visits, a direct line to me between appointments, and one physician who knows your history.
Good care means looking beyond a single lab result or diagnosis to understand the whole person. I take the time to listen to your concerns, understand your goals, review the details of your health history, and build a plan made for you.
More time at every visit
A new patient visit runs 60 to 90 minutes. Follow-up visits are generally 30-60 minutes. That time is what lets us go through your symptoms, your labs, and your questions without either of us watching the clock.
What membership includes
Membership is an ongoing relationship with me, focused on individualized care, communication, and continuity. It includes:
Unlimited in-person and virtual visits
Direct messaging with me between appointments, within the practice's communication guidelines
Care for diabetes, thyroid conditions, bone health, weight management, menopause, and other endocrine concerns
InBody body composition assessments
Nutrition and lifestyle counseling
Tech support for continuous glucose monitors and insulin pump downloads
Help with prior authorizations and forms
Visits in person or online
You can see me in the office or by telehealth, whichever works better for you. Virtual visits are part of membership, so a busy week does not have to mean a missed appointment.
More details are on the Telehealth page.
How this differs from insurance-based care
Traditional insurance-based care often limits how soon you can be seen, how long a visit lasts, and how easily you can reach your doctor. My membership model lets me structure care around my patients instead of around the insurance reimbursement model.
Membership is not a substitute for health insurance, and separate charges may apply for services outside the membership (labs, medications, imaging etc).
What it costs
You can join as a member, or, if you have commercial insurance, start with a one-time Diagnostic Consultation. The consultation fee can be credited toward membership if you decide to join. Current prices and terms are on the Pricing page.
If you have Medicare Part B, you may qualify for a separate Medicare wellness program.
Why I started this practice
I started Precision Diabetes & Endocrinology because patients deserve to feel heard, understood, and involved in their care. You should not feel like just another appointment, or that your concerns are being brushed aside.
My goal is thoughtful, individualized endocrine care that leaves you confident in your treatment plan and supported as your health needs change.
