  • I value being an advocate, teacher, and partner with my patients and aim to get to know my patients to provide superior care. At Precision Diabetes & Endocrinology, patients will receive ongoing annual and follow-up routine diagnostic exams. This in combination with year round communication with myself that is not limited by plan reimbursement restrictions is collectively designed to enhance health rather than strictly react to illness. I believe that this concierge-style practice design will allow for healthcare that is not reacting, but preventing.

  • The annual fee includes services not covered by private insurance or medicare and cannot be submitted by Dr. Johns or the patient for reimbursement. Please contact us for more information.

  • Yes. Labs, prescriptions, or imaging ordered by Dr. Johns can be obtained at a location preferred by your insurance plan. Please check with your insurance provider directly for coverage.

  • The practice is designed so that in many instances you can utilize pre-tax dollars, employer funded contributions or MSA fees to pay for all or part of the annual fee.

    Please check with your employer in regards to employer specific funds.

  • Yes! If you prefer telemedicine, I am happy to provide that service. I can currently provide telehealth services to patients in the states in which I am licensed: Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and North Carolina

  • Yes! I will review nutrition in depth with each patient and members get exclusive access to virtual group classes led by a registered dietitian, covering a wide range of nutrition and wellness topics.

  • Yes! Prior to joining the practice, you are welcome to schedule a meet-and-greet to determine if this practice style fits with your goals. Please note, medical advice will not be provided at the meet-and-greet. Please call us to schedule if you are interested.
